Grace VanderBeek and Jack Conrad represented Pella High School at the Governor’s Scholar Program Ceremony. The largest 64 schools in Iowa were invited to select two seniors who are the highest academic achievers for their first seven semesters. Congratulations to Grace and Jack!

Pella Middle School hosted a meal packaging event for Meals from the Heartland on Friday, April 19. Student Council President Abrianna Mass also presented a $3,500 check to Meals for the Heartland, underscoring the students’ commitment to making a difference. #pellaschools

Pella High School students traveled to Space Center Houston to compete with other students in the NASA Space Settlement Design Competition. Lorien McClure, Owen McCracken, Kaysar Lines, and Jack Weaver participated in the competition under the supervision of Erin Yoder-Funk.

Congratulations to Marie Vander Wilt for completing an Apprenticeship in Patient Care. Marie received skills training at the Career Academy of Pella through the WorkSMART Connector program, with work-based learning experience at The Cottages and Pella Regional Health Center.
